Cancellations & Refunds
At Rani Amma Foods, we prepare our products fresh and in small batches to ensure the best quality. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
Damaged or leaked products
Incorrect product delivered
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos for verification.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after delivery
Minor variations in taste, color, or texture
Delay caused by courier partners
